The Collierites Social Group
Hi Future Member(s), We are very happy that you’re interested in joining our group.
It is a fairly simple process to become an active member in The Collierites Social Group.
Our annual dues are $15.00 per person, and there is a one-time $7.00 per person charge for name badges, totaling $22.00 for individuals or $44.00 for a couple.
Registration gets you into our email distribution and gives you access to our group’s activity, notices of any subgroup activities, and advance ticket sales to the various events that we sponsor.
Complete the following form for each family member that wishes to receive Newsletter emails from The Collierites Social Group. For example, if two family members each wish to receive these emails complete a separate form for each person. If only one family member wishes to receive our emails complete the form and include both family member names where appropriate (First Name & Badge Name). In the Badge Name Field enter how you wish your name to appear on your badge.
After you complete the registration process your name tag & dues payment check should be made out to The Collierites and MAILED to:

Please include with your payment whether you want magnetic or pin badge fastener type. You can also indicate if you may wish to volunteer for socials, directory, travel group, photography, charity, or on-deck volunteer for overall help, etc. Pickleball open play occurs every Monday, 3:00 – 4:50, at Eisenhower Pickleball Courts. If you wish to receive an email reminder each week, please indicate this also with your payment.
